    1. Is The Muskoka Store Open?

      Yes, we are! Please visit us at 2266 Highway 11 North, Gravenhurst, Ontario, Canada.

    2. I bought an item in-store and want to exchange/return it. Can I do so by mail?

      No. In-store purchases must be exchanged or returned at The Muskoka Store located at 2266 Highway 11 North.

    3. Do I need to sign for my online orders?

      During this time, Canada Post will not be requesting signatures for deliveries at the door. Carriers will leave your order in your mailbox or by the door if it is safe to do so. When this is not possible, a notice card will be left at the address indicating the post office where you can pick up your order.
